1. Eligibility – The App is designed for users aged 11–16, and may only be used with parental consent or school authorisation. By creating an account, you confirm you have permission from a parent, guardian, or school.

 

2. Purpose of the App – The App provides educational content on health, well-being, and life skills. The content is created by qualified health professionals and educators. It is not a substitute for personal medical advice — if you have a health concern, speak to a doctor.

 

3. Account Registration – You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for any activity on your account. Accounts provided through schools may be managed by your school’s safeguarding team.

 

4. Use of Content – All content is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, download, or share content outside the App without permission.

 

5. Wellness Rewards & Gamification – Points earned through quizzes, videos, and challenges are virtual and have no monetary value. We may change or remove the rewards system at any time.

 

6. Built-In Help Buttons – The App includes help buttons that can connect you directly to your school safeguarding lead or parent. These requests may notify authorised contacts and share relevant information for your safety.

 

7. Prohibited Conduct – You must not use the App to bully, harass, or harm others. You must not attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt the App.

 

8. Termination – We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms or misuse the App. You may request account deletion at any time.

 

9. Liability Disclaimer – The App is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the educational content provided.

 

10. Changes to Terms – We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
